Custom Work Process

Step 1: Initial Consultation
This is an introductory personal meeting to get to know our client and begin to assess their personal needs.

Step 2: The Creative Process
After the project scope has been determined by the initial consultation, we charge a retainer fee to work on initial site design, wireframes and concepts, develop strategy how to establish or enhance your social media presence and offer up advice and knowledge as needed.

Step 3: Project Deliverables
Including but not limited to: Custom WordPress website, Content creation, Company branding, Social media integration, Integrated Google account, Motion graphics, Viral videos, Print materials

All of our sites are built on a custom WordPress backend that clients can easily add to and update, including native support for blogging, mobile posting, easy image galleries, google seo and social media integration.

Step 4: Basic Training
We provide a one hour initial training session to explain how to log in to your site’s admin panel, post blogs, add photos, delete posts and edit page content. This will also be accompanied by a one page hard copy outline to keep for your records.

Step 5: Maintenance & Growth
With your new web presence in place, it is now time for growth. A web presence is like a home in that it requires upkeep before it becomes too dated to repair. This should be considered an ongoing requirement but is 100% your option. We currently offer 3 monthly maintenance packages, although more extensive packages and custom arrangements are available.

When creating a new presence or upgrading an old one, we recommend you think of it as a pie chart as your website represents one of many pieces of a whole web presence.
