We charge an initial consultation fee when the project is undefined in some way and needs our guidance in order to determine the best approaches. This affords us the time for calls & emails and then to provide a detailed blueprint for your web site, video or print project.
We field a very high volume of inquires and this ensures us that you are serious and not just picking our brains. We do welcome brain picking while on the clock
